Back labor
I need some advice on how to deal with back labor. I’m in such excruciating pain and I don’t know what to do. I just got sent home from the hospital and I’ve been having contractions since early this morning but I’m stuck at 1 cm. They said the pain is so bad because I’m having back labor. Please help any advice would be very appreciated.
