Is this a miscarriage??

I was expecting my period , so i started bleeding sooo heavy lots of cramps  for 2 days and sooo tired, today i passed this. After this came out my period was regular. 
I just did a urine test and was negative.
1st two pregnancies urine test was never positive . What do you guys think? I see an umbilical cord there......

If you never got a positive test then no. The umbilical cord doesn’t even form until week 7.

If you were expecting your period and were actually pregnant you unfortunately wouldn’t have been far enough along for that to be umbilical cord. Could very well just be large clot from starting your period. Get checked out if it gets worse.

Normal period clot if you did had miscarriage you will get a positive test even tho your bleeding 
I had 3 miscarriage and bleed with clots and all test were positive

Not a miscarriage. Your tests would still be positive if you were pregnant. Also you would’ve been to early to even see an umbilical cord.

This is a regular period clot with uterine tissue - perfectly normal.
