Weird feeling in palm/arm??

So in my palm every time I touch it , it hurts. And there’s like a stinging sensation and it goes up in my arm. Please help! This is weird. I know you guys aren’t doctors I just need advice. And it’s only in one palm, not both.

EDIT: I have hypothyroidism and my thyroid levels have been normal since last time I checked, but I heard hypothyroidism can cause carpal tunnel and I’m thinking that’s what this might be?
