My chicken and quenelle dumpling soup

I make my dumplings with bread crumbs, chicken, cream, and egg and nutmeg all ground up instead of dough. It makes them light and fluffy to eat rather than heavy, doughy and chewy. My husband and daughter love this on cold days, or when they are sick. Always around autumn and yesterday just felt like autumn
