Inducing a Period

I’m going to the beach next week and I’m really excited to wear my new, white bottoms. But, of course, that won’t work if I’m on my period. I’m already 2 days late, and if I start today I will be done the day I leave. Does anyone know any ways to induce a period, or make it start ASAP?
