You can get an LH surge (positive opk) and still not ovulate, unfortunately.. hopefully you did 💕 but that is possible..

I have PCOS and I would get positive opks often but I actually wasn’t ovulating so I’m not sure. It could go either way.

Positive OPK means you will ovulate within 24-48 hours. But talk to your doctor about ways to confirm ovulation. I use temperature charting to confirm it.
