Ugh, so upsetting yesterday! Now I feel like a nervous wreck, this being my 1st baby and all!

Old guy let’s foot off brake while at a stoplight. I’m halfway to my monthly checkup, then BAMMM! What the heck! Felt like bumper cars, but it sent my purse flying onto the floor.

I’m fine, was wearing seatbelt low and got checked out with doctor at appointment, baby’s heartbeat fine too.

His reasoning??: “I just got surgery on my driving leg recently”.

So...you shouldn’t be driving bc of your injury, AND bc you’re on heavy meds.

What an idiot. Needless to say, making the purchase for a pregnancy seat belt that pulls the belt over the legs instead of under the belly. Shock and rage have me feeling a little sore.
