I am scheduled to be induced next Monday and as of yesterday I’m not thinned or dilated a single bit! My doctor even told me my cervix is identical to someone’s who isn’t even pregnant 🤦🏼‍♀️

He told me if I don’t start dilating on my own before induction day I will likely end up being taken for a c section due to some of my other complications. I’m really wanting a vaginal delivery if at all possible, so are there things I can do to encourage dilation?

He is head down and I feel a LOT of pressure, so I know walking around can help, but I can only do so much before being in too much pain. I’ve also looked into getting a Peanut Ball. Any advice would be appreciated!!
