Is it easy to change nipple rings?

I have the original bars still in but I want to switch to shorter ones. I got them pierced 4 months ago so I don’t think I’m able to change them yet even tho they are healed. Are they easy to change yourself ??

If they’re only 4 months old, I’d wait longer personally before changing them.
Otherwise, if you have a reputable shop near you, they should be able to help you change them the first time, though they may charge a small fee.
The place I go to requires that you bought the jewelry there (usually same day, though there are exceptions if they know you), and it’s a 5$/per fee.

I have to completely numb mine with "bandaid brand first aid antiseptic pain relieving liquid" first. then I can change them by sliding the new jewelry in behind the previous one. mine were pierced a tiny bit crooked and it makes them almost impossible to change without this method.

I would suggest using sensitive skin lube to change them. It will help the bar slide out and in easier. The last thing you want to do is irritate it and pulling the old bar out and putting a new one in will definitely do that.
