Methotrexate didn’t work?!

So I’m 8 weeks past my ectopic and just had a check up appointment to make sure my levels were down and was shocked by this appointment. My urine came back positive, blood was negative and since I’ve been having pain I got an ultrasound which showed the mass was still there! I had 2 shots of methotrexate in June. I have another appointment Monday to see what my next steps are. Had anyone had this happen and what was your out come? Will I get more methotrexate even though my levels are 0 or will I need surgery to remove it? I’m so emotionally exhausted and ready for this to be over. This is my second loss.
