Terrified

So I'm 32 weeks and 5 days. I'm sitting at the doctors office right now for my normal every 2 week appt. I had mentioned that I had some cramping last night and lots of BH contractions. He said well just to be on the safe side let's check your cervix. When he checked it he said I wasn't dilated yet but I was very thin. He told me to sit tight and he wants me to have a ultrasound to check my length and he is calling the faturnal medicine(high risk ob). I'm scared right now. I know that most babies born at this point are perfectly healthy.
