You use the same muscles to push a baby out as you do to poop. I had been in labor for 3 days and I had eaten to keep my energy up - so I pooped right when I started pushing. The sweetest nurse ever just wiped by booty and didn’t say a word. It was chill and my pushing was effective af and my son was born in no time.

I had the “luxury” of being induced for 25 hours so they wouldn’t let me eat once I was admitted. I pooped a few hours in and didn’t have to poop anymore.

I didn’t during delivery. But I did eat spicy food the night before, woke up and went and then the contractions cAme. 4 hours later my son was born.

I’m not pregnant yet, but I plan on having a liquid diet a few days before the due date for that exact reason. Especially since my husband has never caught me pooping. Like never. He’s convinced that I don’t poop (😂) anyways he said since I haven’t pooped in 23 years (my age) he said I’ll probably explode down there while trying to push out our child. 🤦🏼‍♀️
