So my boyfriends family is “one of them” types of family. And by that I mean the “better than everyone else” and the “always right” ones. His aunt has literally said “that whore”

He was on the phone with his grandmother. On speaker. Sitting right next to me. And she said “you know that I’m always right and that THING your with is gonna leave you for the next one that comes along because she’s a hoe.”

Before him I’ve only had 3 boyfriends. I am NOT that girl. When I’m with someone I’m only with HIM. When she said that all I could do is get up and walk away. They have never met me. I have never said one disrespectful thing to any of them. I treat my boyfriend like gold.

And to put the icing on the cake, I have a 5 month old that’s not his. So they tell him all the time “that’s not what you need. You need a girl that won’t hold you back.” IM SICK OF IT.

I tell him how I feel and the only thing he responds with is “that’s just how they are, you can’t take anything to heart”

I am not the “kiss ass” type. If you don’t like me then I’m not gonna go out of my way to make you. I can’t make up my mind if I wanna hold a grudge and say fuck em. Or if I wanna keep letting it go and getting talked to like I’m dirt beneath their feet.
