I have forgotten to take my birth control for the past week or so and when I finally got my pill refill I lost my pack so I dont have any birth control pills as of right now. I've had unprotected sex 8 times in the past few days (he pulled out every time but I know you can still get pregnant from precum), what is the possibility that I'm pregnant??

Honestly, it’s possible, but the likelyhood is very low. For it to be possible most/all of the following would have to be true.
1) You are in your “fertile window”- if you don’t know when that is look online for a ovulation calculator which will give you a rough estimation 
2) You didn’t use spit or spermicidal lube
3) He didn’t pee between sex - peeing effectively washes out and kills the left over sperm from previous ejaculations that would have been in pre-cum (source: Planned Parenthood)
4) A sperm actually manages to make it to the egg - pretty low odds, it’s estimated that only about 100 out of the billions from ejaculation make it to the egg when trying to have a baby
5) The egg implants and is healthy - it is estimated that 50% of fertilized eggs fail to implant or fail to grow once implanted (source: Don’t Talk About the Baby, a pregnancy loss documentary)
I wouldn’t worry too much or stress out, but I would start back on Birth Control when you can and go buy a pack of condoms for future use.
