Expressed colostrum - how much is enough?

I’ve been trying for a whole week to hand express colostrum and tonight I FINALLY succeeded! I’m thrilled 😍
After losing a week of getting anything, I wonder how much roughly is a good amount to have to take when bub is born?
I find out Tuesday when they will be inducing me. Which will be roughly the 17th of August (38weeks - one week from now).
How much did everyone else take or how much were you told is a good amount?
