Cervical cerclage

I had cervical cerclage on last Monday since my internal os opened and it was found during my anatomy scan at 21 weeks. My cervical length was around 0.9 cms and it was told that cervical membranes were shown during the scan. I was in hospital till Friday. I am 41 yrs and this my first pregnancy. Dr advised me to be strictly on bed rest. I am worried more.. I am not even allowed to use bathroom or shower or sit a for short time while eating food. I am feeling totally sick since I need to depend on someone’s help for passing urine... everything is in bed... and still lot more weeks to go... I want my baby to be safe too. Ladies anyone is undergoing same issue or undergone this before ... pls share ur experiences and advises.. thanks in advance
