Third trimester, finally!!
Today’s workout was:
21-15-9
Bike calories
Push press (I did 35lbs)
Took me a WHOPPING 15 Minutes to complete! I was so winded throughout the whole thing. Baby girl is so big, that I don’t have enough room to breathe as I used to. I am 26/27 weeks along. I think I have graduated to the final stretch! 🤣
