I just got up from a nap, feel super nauseous and thought I had to 💩. And this when I checked my cervix after nothing a little dark brown when I wiped. I’m only 4w3d so I know it’s early.

My doctor checked my cervix at that time due bleeding. My cervix was still closed but from her looking at it it started bleeding. I’m 18 weeks now. But I had miscarriages that started off like that it’s just hard to tell which it actually is

You can make yourself bleed by checking your cervix. Maybe call your doctors

Maybe or maybe not. First of all don’t check your cervix!! It could just be from you irritating your cervix like when you have sex or it could be a start of a miscarriage. It’s hard to say. My miscarriage started off as brown spotting for weeks.
