Baby sleeping to much???

I feel like my baby is awake to feed and that's it. Occassionally she will get 10 minutes of play or tummy time before passing out she is 3 weeks. I also think her days and nights are mixed up but its super hard to keep her up during the day!! Advice??

I bath my baby between 6-7pm it helps him be more settled during the night, I also try and play with him a bit before hand to tire him out

Normal for baby to sleep that much at that age. We tickled feet, talked to and stimulated, made noise to keep him up during the day. Sometimes it was a fail but sometimes it worked!

Mine is 3 weeks and is also sleeping a ton! I think she’s hit a growth spurt or something lol

Normal!! When you feed at night, is it dark? Try not to talk to you baby or make eye contact during night feeds (I know, it's hard!).

Our pediatrician said newborns sleep about 20 hours a day.
