Nolan James, born at 9:52am at 6lbs, 4oz and 19 inches long via c-section. 💕

His delivery was smooth (though very difficult and painful for me) and he is utterly perfect. Healthy as can be and just beautiful. I’m so lucky.

I had a tubal ligation as well and during the surgery, the doctor asked me if I was completely certain - for the 100th time at least - and as I looked over at the beautiful little human being that was just pulled out of me, and thought of the amazing little human being I birthed the same way almost three years ago, I felt absolutely certain that my little family is complete and that I never, ever want to go through a c-section again. 😅😂

I recovered quickly and I was up and moving within 12 hours and discharged by 48 hours. I am now home and adjusting to life as a mother of two while still focusing on healing. I feel so blessed and lucky to have two beautiful, healthy and wonderful boys.
