I was in the same place as you and you’ve probably heard it a lot but surround yourself with people who bring out the best in you and always do something whatever it is don’t waste time pondering it gets you nowhere channel your feelings into something useful like maybe workout or go shopping or make art. I go to target apparently the lights there put you in a positive mood (also your feelings are valid and cry it out it’s all good that’s the best medicine!)
