So my daughter is 14 weeks and the last month or so she freaks out as soon as my mom grabs her from me or if she talks to her. My mom got so fed up with it she angrily handed her back to me and said "fine then go with mommy" in a mocking/annoyed tone. I told her off for handling her aggressively (didn't hurt the baby at all but still) and she said she gets jealous because my daughter doesn't cry with me. I told her that's because I'm her mom and she said, annoyed again, AAAAAAND? and I said there is no and, that's it.

I get that it's probably sad for her that my daughter doesn't seem fond of her, but the thing is, my mom is not motherly. She admitted she hated having babies and was happy to hand off my brother and I as soon as she could go back to work. She doesn't cuddle the baby and doesn't seem to pick up on her ques at all. THEN she claims that the baby is like that with her because "I spoil her" and that if I left my daughter with her "she'd get over that real quick" ugh. What do you ladies think about this? Would you be annoyed?
