Losing hope

After having some significant bleeding the past few weeks, I was put on progesterone. It finally fully stopped a of couple days ago, but started again this morning and then stopped again. Then started and quickly turned from spotting to bleeding to blood clots. I'm losing all hope that this pregnancy is going to stick. I just wish I could do something to help things
