It is okay but it’s sad. People need to do what they need to survive. Wages are stagnant.

why wouldn’t it be okay? everything is expensive and sometimes one job isn’t enough.

I know it's often necessary with cost of living and wages what they are. Not to mention the astronomical cost of education to try and get out of working wage jobs. 
I don't think that's ok or that's the way it should be.
