How likely is it I could get pregnant?

I'm on the pill but there have been a few times where I have completely forgotten to take it- I take it at night but sometimes fall asleep forgetting! 
How likely is it that I could get pregnant by completely missing one?

Answer

The pill will only be effective if you take it at the exact time every day, and don't miss one. If you miss a pill or take it irregularly, you should use another form of contraception (eg condoms) as well, just to be sure. 
In saying this, the pill isn't 100% effective anyway, and you should probably always use two forms of contraception (like the pill out method) at all times to avoid getting pregnant.
