So it doesn’t happen every time, but when I get SUPER horny I can feel the blood rushing down there but then I also can feel it in my butt.... like a tightening, it almost hurts it gets so tight. But then it goes away after a few minutes, it’s just the initial blood rush. I am 28 and have noticed it the last year or 2. Would this just be from the blood rushing down to them parts do you think?!

I read somewhere that it is like a women’s version of blue balls???
