What's the best?
So when I was younger much younger I decided to cut my butt length hair to my shoulder. Since then it won't grow past my breast area and is real thin and brittle. I need your best treatments for growth and healthy hair. I've done 3 minute kiravles constant hair treating therapy. I was horse and mane but I'm skeptical and nervous. Anything will help thanks
