My panties are always this wet due to increased discharge, when your cervix thins it gives the look that maybe it's your water. They say if it is its usually a gush of fluids or a trickle all at once. But sometimes it can be a slow leak, if your really concerned just go get checked they have strips that test the fluid to say weather it is or not. I know if I have sex his semen will do this also, sorry tmi!Good luck mama!
