My husband has a very low sperm count and I have PCOS and to conceive naturally it was a 2% chance, with IUI it would be a 6% chance and with IVF it was a 75% chance so we went with IVF and I'm now 28 weeks...definitely ask about your options. They did put my husband on medications as well as me during the IVF process to improve his count and get the best possible outcomes.

We had abnormal sperm results as well (low count, motility and morphology), and tried clomid, injectables and iui. They were all unsuccessful and we are now proceeding to ivf. Our doctors said that vitamins, supplements lifestyle changes are highly unlikely to improve sperm enough to conceive naturally, though anything is possible. Clomid, injectables and iui are less invasive than ivf, but still have side effects and for only a marginal increase in success rates when it comes to mfi. If I were to do it again I would have skippef right to ivf, saving us thousands of dollars, difficult emotions and unpleasant side effects from unsuccessful medicated cycles. But I guess it is good to know we tried everything first. Best of luck to you. It's not an easy choice and hope you find what works for you.

We are dealing with make infertility. 
We had less than 1% of conceiving naturally.

Husband had 0% motility and increased low count every semen analysis.

My doctor didn't put me on clomid at all. The only time I started meds was when we did IVF.

I'm in the 2ww right now- I'm worried.

My husband has low sperm count and morphology. I was put on letrozole to ensure ovulation. We also are doing IUI to increase our chances of pregnancy. We were told we only had a 7% chance of conceiving naturally.
