I do it at night most times of the week, and also when I’m at home wearing dresses or jammies. (When I’m not expecting company aside my family.) When I’m on my period, at night I’ll go commando when I have a menstrual cup cuz it catches all the blood, I trust it that much. Other than that, I wear panties to protect myself and my clothes (jeans are harsh and I’d like to get a second or third wear out of my pants before I wash them, not wearing parties would mean I’d have to throw it in the hamper when I take them off). I’m always prepared for the worst too, like what if I’m out and a wind so happens to lift my skirt or I take a fall or something. I’m a nudist at home but I don’t like for strangers to see my goods. Also, I’m not saying I smell down there or that the smell is potent enough but I’m paranoid enough to feel like someone could catch a whiff. 🤷‍♀️. But seriously, do what makes you happy!
