I'm so confused

Ignore the last fertile days (5-11) as I had my IUD in at that point. But on the 24th of June I had my IUD taken out. I bled lightly from 25th-27th. Then the day after I had a blazing positive OPK.

HOWEVER

Today I get another blazing positive peak OPK. Was the one last month a fake peak and this one is a real peak? I'm so confused! I took a pregnancy test and it was negative so 🤦🏻‍♀️
