Scared to be excited.

Is anyone else scared to be excited? This is my first pregnancy and I’m 15 weeks. We still haven’t announced it and haven’t started buying anything even though we had the blood work done and know it’s a girl. The baby was planned So I don’t understand why I feel this way. Is it normal?
