I took a pregnancy test 10 before my period was supposed to come on and it was negative. Tested again 4 days later and both the test were positive, had stomach pain yesterday and today. When I went to use the bathroom this morning I wiped and saw blood, went to the ER and they said pregnancy tests were negative. I came home took a new test different brand tested positive again, now I’m bleeding pretty much like a period and I’m just confused at this point idk what to think.
