Help šŸ˜«

My daughter is 3 months old and has been exclusively breastfed since she was born. The issue is, she has a major top lip tie. Since she was born, Iā€™ve had cracked and bleeding nipples. No nipple cream helps at all. It hurts so bad to feed her. We have an appointment tomorrow to possibly get her lip tie cut. If they deem it ā€œnecessaryā€ (weā€™ve seen 2 doctors already who havenā€™t) sheā€™s gaining weight fine but she has a really hard time latching because of it and gets very frustrated. Iā€™ve begun pumping and giving her a few bottles a day to see if it would help to heal things a bit and it hasnā€™t at all. I just donā€™t know what to do anymore. Iā€™m not the kind of person to give up at all. I breastfed my first for 13 months and really wanted to do the same for her. I donā€™t have time to exclusively pump, itā€™s just not an option for my family and I really donā€™t want to use formula. Thereā€™s nothing wrong with formula, I just prefer my own milk for my kids and itā€™s much more cost effective. Does anyone have any tips to try and keep my nipples healed?

We used a shield in the beginning and she wonā€™t take it anymore. Iā€™ve tried and still try almost every time she feeds ā˜¹ļø she just wonā€™t take it
