Bv and 10w4d pregnant with first child

i have Bv and I’m 10w4d pregnant

i know a white chunky discharge is normal but sometimes when I wipe it’s got like a small piece of light pink in it along with the chunky stuff. I use the metronidazole 0.75 cream for 5 nights. My last night was last night. Can anyone explain if this has happened to them or should I go the ER
