At what age do baby proofing or toddler proofing items become ineffective? In the last week our girl has figured out she can climb over our bottom stair barrier and can rip off the door knob cover in her room to come crawl into our bed. 😩

I checked the Stair Barrier website and they say it’s good for 6-24 months.

I am due with #2 in October and really worry about having my attention divided and needing to watch her even more closely than we have been!
