I’m still getting “positives” but not as strong as yesterday. Does that mean today is ovulation day or tomorrow ?

I’ve read that once the test line fades you have already ovulated and the window is considered closed... however the egg is present for around 24hours so I would still try even if the line faded. I’m confused with the information out there because the surge predicts ovulation 24-36 hours in advance, however I also read once the test line fades it’s too late and that line can fade in less than a day... So... I say just keep trying around the surge time before and after.
