8week 2days... bleeding slightly with brown discharge..

Has anyone else experienced brown kind of old blood looking discharge? I've had some cramping but thought it was from being super constipated. It hasn't been a lot, but enough to make me worry. I'm at the ER and hoping my baby is ok, but haven't been seen yet.
