Yes. Exercise releases endorphins (the happy hormone) and keeps you healthy! 
If you're able, even a 30 min walk is so beneficial! 
Swimming is amazing for all over body too.

Honestly - I'm kind of past it 🤷‍♀️ it does help lift your mood but at the end of the day you can't be forced if it's something you're just not interested in then don't.
I'm fat, I have no intention of changing that, I'm not miserable in my body, when I get to a point I feel unhappy then I will put something in place but only when I feel I want to - not because I'm being shamed to.
I feel like other people have more of a problem with my body than me which is their problem not mine, any health problems are my problems and dont effect their every day life so I've come to terms with just brushing their comments aside, your doctors there to advise you but you're within your right to say you dont want the focus being on your weight 🤷‍♀️

I have walked every day (30 to 45 minutes after dinner and earlier on the pregnancy twice a day) and it has helped me a lot, altogether with a healthy controlled diet (I have gestational diabetis) in keeping weight gain under control. My BP is perfect, I haven't swollen and gained only 4 pounds at almost 34 weeks. It requires commitment, but it can be done!!!!

Honestly, it’s really good for you and baby. Going for a walk is enough exercise, and it will help lower blood pressure, and so much more. 
You don’t have to be a power lifter. You don’t have to be a slave to the scale. 
Walking is really self care.

I would love to at least go for a walk but I'm 13 weeks pregnant and I don't have the energy. I feel so weak most of the time. Everyone tells me I'll feel better as soon as I'm out of my first trimester but I'm stressing out that I'm gonna be sick the whole 9 months 😫

I said yes but basically what i do is go on walks. It’s been 104 degrees out lately so I kinda stopped. When the weather cools down. I’ll try to start back up again

It’s good for you and your fetus😊 I’m 37 weeks and still hitting 12-15 miles a week. I have to walk it now, my stomach could not take running once I hit third trimester, but I enjoy the challenge and knowing these efforts will make bouncing back after baby and labor easier.
