*HAIR UPDATE* 3RD UPDATE*
So I originally made a post about the hairdresser not doing what i asked. I wanted something like this:
But this is what I got:
WELL I WENT BACK. I want to CRY. Like seriously.
It looks like my 6 month old dipped my hair in bleach. She charged me an extra $45 on top of the $135 from the first time and the $25 tip. She dyed over half my hair when we measured out literally about 2-3 inches and the color just cuts off, and it's all totally different shades!
Half of it is pretty much yellow. I don't know what to do. Its awful. It has taken 5 hrs and $200 so far.
**SOMETHING TO ADD
ALL of the other hairdressers were hyping it up the WHOLE time. Like they wouldn't stop saying how good it looks. All 4 of them. I didn't make a scene because there were other clients and I'm just not the type but I did call and the owner is going to call me tomorrow. The girl I spoke to had dried my hair(because the girl doing my hair didn't give herself enough time, rushed the whole job, and passed me on to the other girl to dry because other clients showed up) and she was so apologetic. I'll be demanding my money back, let my mother know not to go back either, and never letting them touch my hair again. This was the FIRST time ever getting my hair done for anything but a trim.
*2nd update*
So the owner never called me but another stylist did, she convinced me to go back and have them fix it, and tried to schedule me with THE SAME GIRL (we'll call her D) but I told her abso-fucking-lutely not. It took 4 more hours but she didn't give up, I'll insert pictures later. It's MUCH higher up than planned and definitely doesn't come close to what I wanted, but D ruined it and this girl did her best. There's still a faint line but it's not too bad and she exhausted her options. While I was there the girls couldn't believe how bad it looked. They were shook. She took pictures of everything. They told me the owner would be in yesterday but, surprise surprise, when I called she "wasn't in" even though they had been talking about her clients for that day.. so I'll be calling again today, and the fact that D couldn't stop complaining about her boss to me just may slip out in the process. Regardless they're getting a bad review about D
*3rd update*
I FINALLY got in contact with the owner and it could not have gone worse. She refuses to give me my money back because "it's not their policy", literally didn't let me say a word for 10 minutes, interrupted and talked over me every single time I spoke, D lied to her about my hair. She said I showed her completely different pictures and that she didn't see the end result the second time. They all, including D and the owner, admitted that she didn't have enough time to finish it and sent me out anyway. They're literally admitting that they fucked it up but still refuse to give me my money back, confirm my story with the other girls, or anything. Then the owner (J) went on about how important business is to her, she wants her clients happy, etc.. and then kept saying how people do this all the time, that they "leave with a beautiful hairstyle but want their money back", ex-fucking-scuse me? And then she went on to tell me how I have now made her 20 minutes late for her client.. and that she's "sure" we can come to an agreement and settle this. This isn't over.
