Pregnant already

Hey guys I just got off of the birth control implant in my arm on July 31st . I had sex on August 4th. I started feeling pregnant almost immediately ( I know my body well I also have a child already) I took a pregnancy test from Walmart the 88¢ this morning and it came back positive!!! I’m making the post too ask has anyone gotten pregnant this fast and carried thoe child too term?
