Taking EPO orally or inserting it vaginally ? HELP
Hi ladies
I heard that taking evening primrose oil capsules orally can give the same affect of inserting them vaginally !!
Did you try EPO before? And how did you take it ?
Does it really help in softening the cervix ?
I had a very long labor +bad third degree tear with my first and I’m too afraid of the “tearing again”idea!!
