Depo shot hormones

I’ve been taking the depo shot for a little over two years and towards the end of the 3 months, about a month before I’m supposed to get my shot my hormones are so out of wack. I always have the urge to cry and I am a total bitch. Is there anyway to help get my hormones back on track before I get my next shot???
