Cold medicine?

Hi all! I’m early, roughly 4 weeks, and feel awful. My SO had bronchitis and his daughter had strep. Her mom said she had been on antibiotics for a few days, but I’m starting to feel super congested and a lot of sinus pressure. I haven’t seen my OB yet, my last pregnancy was an early MC. Does anybody know what I can take? If anything? Thank you!

Make a tea...half tablespoon of cinnamon, thin lemon slices (2-3 lemons), 6 cups water, tablespoon of honey and Himalayan salt (half teaspoon) or around there. Then let it simmer till lemons are almost translucent. I had a sore throat and cold recently and this is my bfs remedy and it works! Strong flavor but it works. This will be enough for a few cups throughout the day. 
Also garlic raw is good for you. It’s like a natural antibiotic but will be strong but definitely do this for strep.

I wouldnt take anything unless it got real bad.
