Pregnancy after miscarriage.

So, i had a complete miscarriage on August 9th. I passed everything myself so i didnt have to have a DNC done. But i just found out on September 30th im expecting again. Im about 4 weeks 3 days give or take according to my last menstural cycle which was September 4-10th. Im worried it may be to early to be pregnant again. Has anyone else had this happen? I need advice!!
