At what point is being overweight unhealthy for your baby/affect pregnancy?

I’m about 220 but I don’t look it, (at least i don’t think lol) I have a lot of muscle. I am active at work and I don’t eat the best but I don’t always eat the worst. I struggle with losing weight and my mom says before I get pregnant I need to lose weight or I’ll have a high risk pregnancy and possibly lose the baby etc.

I’m aware I probably should lose weight to be healthy but I struggle so hard. Any advice??? She’s acting like it’s a absolute MUST that I lose weight before I get pregnant.
