So I have been working for the past 4 months. I told welfare I was working and they asked for my paystubs and that was it. But they also told me to come in and redo my case.I use to get 500 in food stamps but they cut it down to 235, I received 460 in cash and a pass through payment for my child support every month. So now they are giving me 80 dollars in cash. And they are taking my child support. I make 780 every two weeks but after taxes my check is about 614. So my question is why still give me cash and take my child support when my child support is over 400? I don’t understand has any one else experienced this?
