Yesterday we took out 8 day old to the urgent Care because his eye was matted shut and we saw the doctor.. well he said he had a blocked tear duct and then asked show he was eating we said he eat 3FLoz every 3 to 6 hours usually... And he said awesome keep it up as long as he's not spitting it up(which he's nkt).. Today we took him to his first pediatrician appointment to see the nurse practitioner well he asked about his feeding and we said he eat 3 oz every 3 to 6 hours basically we fed him when he's hungry.. and he said no don't do that feed him 2 fl oz every 2 to 4 hours..So we are not sure what to do? My mom and grandma said just to keep it at 3 oz because that gets him full, he will eat when he is hungry. I feel like when we give him 2 oz he is still statving.. what would you do? Keep it at 3 or go back to 2?
