How do you get rid of a migraine during pregnancy ??

My migraine has been going on for 2 days now. Took Tylenol & not helping.. it’s starting to get worse 😓 I’m 16 weeks pregnant

Cold water on your scalp.

So, I do this bot pregnant now as well and it works-
Drink a mini can of coke (or coffee for some caffiene)
Take tylenol (usually did 1000mg so 2 500mg)
Take a benadryl
Get a cold face clothe and place either on your forhead or neck, which ever seems to soothe at the time. If its forhead, I would add a headband to hold it in place for some pressure to help relieve the pain.

My obstetrician ok’d me to take paracetamol + codeine for my back pain and it also worked for the migraines I had in pregnancy too

Eat a burger and drink a coke.  The sugar and caffeine rush help.  Then lay down in a dark room with a cold pack on your head. 🙋 professional migraine sufferer here

Excedrin tension headache helped me when I was pregnant. It only has Tylenol and caffeine in it. Each pill I think is 60mg caffeine so well under the daily limit. There was only a couple of times they got bad enough that I took sumatriptan that was prescribed to me by my doctor to take and she said it was safe during pregnancy

I eventually went to labor and delivery and they gave me stadol and IV Benadryl. It helped while I was there, went home and actually slept. Woke up the next day with it ten times worse and then it went away! Not sure if I just slept so hard that night or what.
