please read for your weight gain
I see too many people posting that they are gaining weight.. YOURE SUPPOSED TOO, it's not really fat you're gaining, you are pregnant. your doctor will tell you to try to gain weight!! here's where the weivnr goes depending on your body, this is what I'm supposed to gain between 25-35 lbs Apparently I'm not clear to some people, I see woman posting here all the time that are so worried that they gained a little few pounds, you cant not gain weight during pregnancy. you're supposed to gain something. and I'm not talking about eating junk food to the point where you gained 100 lbs that's not what your supposed to do. maintain your regular diet or even a healthier one to gain the weight your body is supposed to, everyone is different and NO ONE is the same 🤦🏽♀️ it's not always possible for you to stay a skinny person during pregnancy, your carrying a baby and should have thought about that.
